Materials: alpha-BBOCalcite or YVO4 single crystal. 
Two orthogonally polarized outputso-ray transmits directly, 
   e-ray transmits with a displacement.

 High extinction ratio (> 100,000:1) over specified range of wavelength.
a-BBO dispacers are protective coated, calcite/YVO4 are uncoated.
  Anti-reflective (AR) coatings are available upon request.

Standard apertures: 8x8 mm, 10x10 mm, 12x12 mm.
 Displacement range:  0.001 -- 4.0mm.

Specifications of polarizing beam displacers:

Unless the coating is specified, PDB (a-BBO) is coated with single-layer MgF2 protective coating (P-coating) to prevent moisture from the polished faces,  PDC (calcite) and PDY (YVO4) are uncoated.

Input and output faces can be AR coated with R<0.25% at the specified central wavelength.
For the inquiry, please specify the coating and append to the part number, e.g. PDC1040-AR800 for the calcite beam displacer with the AR coating @ 800 nm.

Common AR coatings:

α-BBO: 355, 400, 532, 775, 800, 1030, 1064, 1550 nm, and dual AR@800/400n m, 1030/515 nm,  1064/532 nm, 1550/755 nm

Calcite: 775, 800, 820, 1064, and 1550 nm

YVO4: 1064 and 1550 nm



The displacers are mounted in an OD 1" anodized aluminum (Al) mount.  Unmounted displacers or custom mounts are available upon request.
