Fluorescence Filters

Interference filters are essential optical components for fluorescence measurements in life science and biophotonics. These measurements require a pair of filters: the first filter (exciter filter ) for the transmission of the excitation beam to cause the absorption in the sample and the second filter (emitter filter) for the fluorescent color to pass and meanwhile block the residual excitation energy to get into the detector. Our high performance filter sets are designed for a large variety of fluorophores and have a high peak transmissions of >92% in the pass band and OD6 blocking in the stop band.
