We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products that may meet our customer's needs based on the information
available to us. However, the customers are expected to verify by themselves
the suitability of the products for the intended applications.
Once accepted, orders are not subject to cancellation without prior
consent. A cancellation fee may apply.
Warranty
We warrant that all products will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year. We reserve the right to repair or
replace the defective products at our option. This warranty does not apply
to failure of the products due to misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from Newlight
Photonics Inc. before the materials can be returned.
We do not give any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
in connection with the sale of any of our product.
Payment
The invoice amount includes the total price of the items,
the shipping/handling fees, and the taxes if applicable. We accept payments
by direct bank deposit, certified checks, and Visa/Master credit cards. The
payment term is net thirty (30) days for established accounts.
